I'm not in Texas or Oklahoma, but I can tell you what you should do. Stop dwelling on it. Stop taking them to Oklahoma - he doesn't care, and I think it's more about you wanting to see him (even if only to show him you're doing fine without him) than you wanting him to see the kids. I think shoving the kids at someone who shows no interest in them hurts them more than anything. Robert's turned into a real asshole, and instead of bringing your children to him, you should be protecting them from him. As for your legal obligations, we both know you have none. He could never take you to court for contempt - not when he hasn't paid support in HOW LONG?!?
