I'm sorry, Alana. :( And I have no idea what you are thinking but lifting heavy things or taking a long walk will not cause a miscarriage, so don't blame yourself IF you are. Hugs. We'll be at storytime again Wednesday if you want to meet us there.

Lifting didn't cause the miscarriage. The doctor's always tell women there was something not going well with the embryo and that's the reason for the body reacting the way it did. I'm very very very sorry. It's very sad.

Hi, nice to meet you. Where in Africa, if I may ask? I lost several babies to very early miscarriages like that. I think in some ways they were harder to get over because it was hard to grieve properly - I kept feeling I *shouldn't* be that upset. I hope you are feeling better now.
